Need Help Checking Trichs

Ok
I've Been Flowering My Plant (bag Seed) F0r 7 1/2 Months. I Bought A 10$ Microscope From Radio Shack And Was Wondering What Exactly Am I Looking For? And Where Do I Look?. Am Also Wondering What Magnification Should It Be Set To (60x-100x)
Any Help Is Welcome.
Thanks In Advance!

You mean 7 and 1/2 weeks? You should set it on x60. Your looking for the tric's to be cloudy. When they get a little farther along you will see the milky tric's turn amber. When they get to this point watch them closly and they will be ready to harvest when the majority are amber......

Yea, listen to the dude above me!Cloudy for head soaring high......Amber for stoned body high........BUT...........this is why bagseed sucks, apart from other reasons. You dont know if you have a Sativa or Indica dominat plant??? You won't be getting the absolute best if you harvest a Sativa late(amber), or an indica early(cloudy). Take a look at yur plants leaves and internode distance. Long thin leaves with distance between em along with good distance between branches = Sativa dominant. Fat leaves with compact plant = Indica dominant. Also make a judgement call from height and all. Even with all this, its still a dice roll. If unsure, just let the trinch's get real ripe and amber.........its all good!!

Just snip off one of the smaller bud leaves (not the 'hairs'). Place it on a piece of paper. You may want to tape the pointed end on the piece of paper so the leaf doesn't move around on you. I like to look at the fatter part of the leaf that was closer to the bud. Grab on that has plenty of trich on it.

Start on 60x (eyepiece all the way down) and use the "focus" knob to slowly bring the trichs into focus. Once you see a clear trich and a cloudy trich next to one another, you will know the difference. The same can be said for amber. You can magnify it to 100x once you get what you want in frame, but you will have to adjust the focus again. It's basically the same basic function as the microscopes you use in highschool or college.
