Need help formulating hydro plan with coco coir

Hey everyone.

So I am wrapping up my first soil grow, and am very interested in the wonderful world of hydroponics.

I want to run a hydro grow of 10-20 plants using a 400 or 600w fixture (downsizing from my 1000 so I can use a tent) using coconut coir.

This grow will involve a tent, either 2'x4' or 4'x4' (need to buy tent), and cooltube. As of now I have a 240cfm fan one can only hope will keep it cool enough, but haven't had a test run yet. More on that later.

So I need help formulating a hydro plan. Before contributing, please consider the following:

-grow space is up a flight of stairs
-minimal maintenance is a plus
-I'm not super rich
-have access to great seeds, and will be getting feminized short fast auto indicas (crossed fingers)

My primary concerns (I understand the physics) lie in the chemistry. If anyone has book recommendations that is a plus, just as long as the books are very good and either generally about hydroponics or specifically tailored for hydroponic cannabis.

But the chemistry I worry about is nutrients. I've seen the tables of nute lockout pHs (5.8-6.3 I gather as optimal for hydro), but haven't seen much about

ppm at different stages
proper balance of nutrients at different stages
amount of nutrients to use
all organic hydroponic nutrients
nutrients for use with coco coir (since I read there are problems with generic nutes)

Need help figuring out what to use and how to use it. There is a great hydro shop in town that I can go to but I don't want to go off of their recommendations, since they are not focusing on cannabis, but merely selling their products.

Thanks for all the help

I would do a recirculating drip in perlite. Coco is nothing special... a step above soil. I just think you'll enjoy growing more with an inert medium and refined chemical salts.
