Need help moving inside

So my first grow isnt done yet (1st pic) and I have a 2nd plant I have kept in vegetative (goes outside in the morning and inside under lights until around midnight or so)

Well as the weather begins to turn I want to bring this one in and flower it inside. Its about 22in tall and 30in wide. I got some hand-me-down lights and such from my nephew, but since I've just been using the sun and this shop light at night...I'm clueless
Last 2 pics are (1)the shoplight it goes under at night and (2) the hps bulb I just hooked up to see if it was working.

Any feedback would be appreciated. I would like to get some good nuggets but at the same time I dont want to run up my electric bill more than I need to.

P.s.
how much room does this kind of light need? Space from plant? How necessary is the exhaust fan, or is a fan for circulation enough? Should I have more lights set up or would that reflective foil be good enough? Trying to do a lot of reading but feedback helps faster thanks

you gotta choice of holding the plant in suspended veg or grow in veg

the shop lights will keep her in veg with slow growing

the hps will grow her fast at the cost of excess heat and $$$ on your elec. bill

leave a temp gauge at leaf height start at 24 icnches above the top most leaf and adjust accordingly after 15-30 mins

space is vital the more space the cooler the room unless you got an old bathroom vent?
