Need help my plant looks awful ..pics

Week 2 of veg, under 3 cfls, 2 85w, 1 45w, 20-20-20 on nutes, it was ok but suddenly started to show some spots and the grow is stunted, it looks like a deficiency but i don't know wich!... i appreciate any help or comments

It's hard to say for sure without being able to see pics of the whole plant but the browning leaf tips looks like nutrient burn. If it's burn, it'll be worse at the smaller, lower & older leaves that are close to the soil.

looks like nute burn to me, i didnt start nutes till late in my 2nd week and even that was 1/8 or 1/10 strength. what kind of soil are you using, alot have fertilizers already in them and any more will almost always burn your babies

shitty soil without any nutes, what would you recommend me to do?

As Mys said, plz post the soil and also what kind of fertilizer your 20-20-20 stuff is (and any other ferts you use). It sure looks like nutrient burn, in which case flushing would be the next step.

its normal dirt without any nutes, the fertilizer is for green plants and also some organic grow fert.... thanks for the advice
