Any time my plants are that small I never allow my temp to drop below 80, and I keep my rh between 60-65%. I can’t say that’s the reason your girls look the way they do though. What kind of soil are you in?

FFOF is pretty hot soil. Although I don’t think it’s the reason for your issues. What ph are you watering at? Are you in a tent?

Might want to start using calmag. Distilled and RO water requires the use of calmag. And make sure to ph between 6.5-7

Do u think cal mag deficiency would make my plants look like this
"Cal Mag" is not a together thing.

Many people say "it's a Cal-Mag deficiency".

In reality, Cal-Mag is many things. Calcium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg) and very often both of those nutrients are bound with Nitrogen (N) and Oxygen (O) molecules, so they're in Nitrate form. That means you'll also get about 2% N in Cal-Mag.

Ca and Mg and N are all separate. You can have Ca deficiency without having problems with Mg. Vise-versa too.

If someone says "you've got a Calmag deficiency", you're listening to someone who most likely doesn't understand what they're speaking about.

I don’t want to say what the issue is for SURE. I hate giving specific instructions instead of offering advice. My advice is 100% predicated on the information you provide. You said you were using RO water, my first thought was lack of calmag because I used distilled water in the past and ran into the same problem. I typically don’t feed my plants anything but water until their first transplant. Since you are growing in O forest, you really don’t have a choice. How is your growing environment, temp and Rh wise?

I’m currently running all autos except for the one in the solo cup which is a bag seed given to me and none of my other plants r having a problem except for those 2 but those two have very different symptoms I don’t know wats wrong in treating all the plants the same all I can think of is genetics maybe but I would really like to know wats going on so I can fix it

I feel you on that brotha. I just returned back to work from being off for a year due to a work related injury. I grow for my wife so I’ve had nothing but time to perfect my grow. I was in coco this whole time, but she isn’t experienced enough with the nutrient feeding so I had to switch to promix and amendments, don’t get much easier than just watering.

But back on topic, some strains will give you a harder time than others. I guess it’s easier to blame the time away from them for their issues, but it’s possible it may have happened anyway. Your temps and Rh is good, when you water, do you water to runoff? If so I wouldn’t, they are still pretty small. You don’t have an over watering issue as far as I can see, but that may not have been the case when you were away. If it were me, I would give the calmag a shot and see how things look afterward. Luckily they are still young enough to bounce back from whatever issues they may be having. It’s just a matter of narrowing down the potential problems and addressing them. It doesn’t appear to be a nute problem either because you aren’t bottle feeding, and FFOF is pretty good on its own. I’ve never used FFOF, I’ve always used FF trio lineup. Considering only 2 of the plants are having issues, it’s hard to say for sure exactly what the problem is since they are all in the same soil, same tent, same environment.
