need help!!! rockwool question!!!!!

ok so this is my first grow. my friend told me to grow in rockwool. its the third week of veg and the roots are coming out the bottom of the rockwool. my friend says its ok but i feel like its not. what am i supposed to do??? this is not a hydro system either. see pics.

go ahead and plant them into pots you r going to finish in. feed them at 1/4to 1/2 strength 2 weeks after the transplant. good luck

if not hydro.. then why not plant in jiffy pucks? rockwool is for hydro. You can plant in soil.... but how big are the rockwool pieces you have them in?

maybe 6"x6". they r big.

I'm using both the 4" variety (comes in a 6 pack) and the 6" 'Hugo' sold individually. How often do you water? I find these hold plenty of water for at least 3-4 days. I was watering every other day and my plants still look droopy.

I'm hooking up a 4x8 tray with rockwool slabs tomorrow. Three times a day for 15 min I will flood the tray and competely saturate the slabs.

need help!!! rockwool question!!!!!
