Same time sprouted and put in dirt.
One is very smaller than the other. Both OG Kush feminized seeds.

How long since the transplant? Were they the same size/height at transplant?

Has the smaller one grown at all? If it's at a slower pace, it may just be taking a little longer to adjust. Are they fed/watered the same?

Each plant is different. If you want consistency, use clones. If everything is the same in your environment, just let her go. She'll either catch up or be slightly smaller.
