I recently made a hydro grow set up like this.

I have only 4 holes in my setup. I was wondering what size light I would use for best results.
I was thinking about this cfl linked below and a high rise reflector also on this page
the cfl is 200 watt and says it is a comparison to 600 watt.

please help me out i have a 2 sprouts in 2 littler bottles and i have 20 more seeds that have been germinated and planted in soil...
the next i will start in rockwool after i get the lights and wattering figured out.
