Greetings! I'm helping someone I know set up his flower room, and dont have much experience with a sealed room and could use a little assistance.
He has run it not sealed for some time but would like to explore sealed with co2.
Space 11'x7'x8'
What he has already:
2x 1ooow hps with air cooled hoods, insulated duct, and fan.
Cap temp/humidity controller
2x 18" wall mount oscillating fans.
25 pt dehumidifier
What I already know:
He'll reconfigure the airflow to pull from outside the room through the lights, and back out the room.
He'll need co2. Preferably a co2 generator. He'll also need some sort of controller. Does anyone have recommendations as far as specific generators and controllers that would work well in a room this size?
He'll need an a/c. The room is already sealed tight and insulated well (less the filtered intake which will be closed off). I assume he can get away with a portable a/c due to the fact that he's never had temp issues and his lights stay cool with the fan he already uses.
Other than not knowing much about co2 are we on the right track? I've done a ton of research, I just feel like I'm missing something. Where it's not my room, I want to be sure things are done right the first time, as he'll reward me well if it meets his expectations. Thanks in advance for any help or insight!
