Need help with setting up

ok another question. I need to know what kind of soil to get? is this also fertilizer? or is that another thing? Also is there a specific kind of flourescent light to get? I have a lighting fixture for one bulb will that be enough? It takes a giant lightbulb.

I am new so taking advice from me as like the blind leading the handicapped and blind.

One of the things I quickly learned is most of what you need to get started in research is some key words or the basic idea. People will come in and link you to the search tool, this is rude and not helpful.

High grade potting mix
Sand or Pearlite to Aerate the soil
(Mix ratio? this please research and choose your own)

There are dirt recipes on the internet. They have recipes for veg, flower, and so on. That should give you a lot of info to do some searching with google to confirm what you learn from the members here.
