Need help with the journal thing

I read riddleme's post on journals but am still kinda lost.....maybee too stoned, but I feel stupid, how do I delete a journal.....i have duplicates and kind find the function anywhere.....rep for any help!

I have the same problem.. i started a journal, thought it sucked and then started over.... when i link my new journal to my sig, the old journal pops up no matter what... Help please.. there are no stickys for this problem...
