Need help with using water

I adjusted the PH of my tap water with PH down and dropped it too low then added PH up to raise it again. Should I start over or will it be Ok to use this water?

you'll be fine. Just let it sit for 1/2 an hour to make sure you are getting a true pH reading.

Thanks, I read that I needed to start over but didnt see the logic behind it as long as it is at the level you need

let your tap water sit out for 24 hours, then add ph down, lets the chlorine evaporate. youll probably find you only need a couple of drops of ph down. if i fuck up with the ph down i just start over, why gives plants water with more chemicals in it. its not like waters expensive.

It's good to let tap water sit out like Lucifer said. Let's the chlorine burn off. But in your case you'll be fine.

I do let it sit out for at least 24 hours but only enough to fill a gallon jug. If I need to start over I need to get more water out to sit until tomorrow but I will use what I have if its not going to be harmful.
