need help

I have a grow space of 4 feet by 7 1/2 feet walls lined with mylar 1 400 w hps 1 400 watt mh a 6inch blower for exhust a 5,000 btu A/C I got some plants in there some clones I bought and a few I got free from friends I can add another hps if I need to but the plants seem to be doing fine the temp stay between 76-72 degrees my question is do I have adequate equipmnet for this size room and whats the max amount plants I should put in this room cause I keep getting free clones?

dude this room requires much more light for flowering. you can easily get 2 more 600w in there, you need minimum of 5000 lumens/sq.ft roughly 50watts to flower. to add all this light you need more venting. you can shrink the room to 8 sq.ft and use that 400 alone. as for number of plants, it depends how long you intend to veg them. you can put many many clones if you are flowering them small...

ty for the help ok so you think im ok so far for vegging i counted this morning I have 29 plants and according to internet charts i currently have roughly 86,000 lumens I can add a few more mh lights I have 4 400w mh lights i picked up for cheap from a closing shop I can also add a 8 inch blower I have. I know the more light the better but I also do not want to overload the circuits. I have Two 20 amp circuits I can use oh yeah im also running a 18 hr light cycle

i would add at least one more 400 in vegging then all 4 lights in flowering. the 20 amp circuits should handle 4 lights easy provided you dont like a a several Kw heater or something... vegging 24/24 is faster

I have 2-400HPS for flowering and I only put 7 in at a time to flower, just abit more than the 50watt/plant

and studies have shown that 24/0 is not faster in terms of veg than 20/4 or even 18/6.

I go 24/0 with my T5's in the winter simply for the extra heat in the winter to keep my flower room at 70, other than that its 18/6 and I get 1.8-2.5oz per plant.

just installed the third mh light and removed the hps and replaced it with another mh so I now have 3 400w mh lights ty for the advice ill try to post some pics soon.
