If it is not on your property leave it alone as it belongs to someone else.

If you didn't plant it, leave it alone. Otherwise, your pretty much a thief and a lowlife ripper. Grow your own. Don't go looking for it and don't go "finding" it. No one misplaces plants, and if they could misplace plant, those plants would still belong to them.
