otherwise I wouldn't do much

they don't look to bad, nothing they wont recover from

when you get the fox farm
if its the hot mix you might cut it with potting soil for seedlings.... the FF soil is a bit strong for tiny sprouts

What is a good amount to water?

regular foxfarm soil shouldn't be used for seedlings as it's loaded with fertilizer already. remember that for your next grow. what you're using now might be good for seedlings, but let them get about 6 or 8 inches tall, about 18 to 30 cm, before you transplant into FF soil. It might be a good idea to mix the two soils, which might be a really good combo for small plants. as they get bigger like a foot tall or so, you can use just FF soil. FF makes two soils, the ocean forest and the light warrior. Warrior is support to be used for seedlings and small plants.

you don't water until the pot is lite and the soil is dry
it takes a minute to get a feel for it

frequency and volume depend on the pot size and humidity
