Need high temps help?

Hi guys do you have any info on some good portable a/c i have 12x12 room with 90 degrees temp tryin to cool down to 75 or 78 degrees

The cheap route is to get a window unit air conditioner. You can build an inexpensive shelf to hold it and keep a container under it to catch water.
