Need input and suggestions on expansion

Ok guys, need ideas on room sizes and setup. I currently have a 10' x 6' flower room and a 4' x 3' flower room appeared by only plastic in my basement. I'm expanding my total space to 20' x 11'. I'm going to be using three 1,000 watt 8" Magnum hoods with digital ballasts. I currently have a 4' x 8 bulb t5 light for veg. I want to seal the room and add co2 to the equation. I need ideas/suggestions on room sizes and setup. I need thoughts on a scrubbing/filtering the air. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
