need input on 2 specific grow kit

ok my budget a little bit restrain i thinking of growing at most 4 auto atst at most
here the two kit

seems be same price for 400 as the 600 dim so that would help me decide
i go for more bang for buck and later u dont have upgrade to 600

I like the 400W reflector tho! .... (only because i have one) hahah
