Need Recommendations from experienced grower

OK I'm relatively new to all of this and want to start a grow, i'm still at the planning stage at the mo but need to get started pretty soon so I'l let u know what I have and a rough idea of what I want to do and perhaps a good experienced grower may have some excellent suggestions for me?

I have a 7'L x 7'B x 8'H room.
I want to grow hydroponically. I am on 3rd floor so lugging soil up and down is a big no no!
I have sweet tooth #4 seeds. This will be my main crop.
I was originally thinking of growing SoG style but my partner is paro about having too many plants at once so we have decided to grow a lesser amount of plants to full term for less frequent harvests but bigger yield (up to 8 weeks veg (<- :?:) & 8 weeks flower)
I have a smaller clone box in a different part of the house with a 250w CFL and Atami dripper system.
I will have an active AC system with carbon filter and after 1st harvest will invest in a Co2 kit.
I can safely run up to 1800 watts of HID lighting.

Questions & options running thru my head at the mo:

Should I place a partition in the room, and split the room in half (half for vegging with MH and half for flowering with HPS?) OR would it be better with 1/3 of room for veg & 2/3 of room for flower?
How much MH lighting and HPS lighting would be required for above 2 scenarios respectively to provide optimal growth?
How many plants to grow and what would be the average yield from a full grown plant?
What kind of hydro system is best for longer term plants? I'm thinking flood & drain with a water butt & controller linking to several pots spaced out to give enough growing space.
What size pots to maximise root space?

Hope you guys can help me out here, if theres anything I forgot to consider you are welcome to make further suggestions.

Thanks in advance!:-P

I have a few suggestions...

If you are going to not do sog and grow plants from veg to bloom full term why would you need to divide the room? Use the room for veg and then go 12/12 when you want to bloom. There is no reason to have multiple plants growing with the situation you describe.

Nobody can tell you what the average yield from a full grown plant is based on the info provided. The question is impossible to answer really. If you still want an inaccurate answer go to the seed websites and they will tell you 400 grams.

The bigger the pots, the bigger the roots.

Im renting a 3 story house and very rarely see my property agent.I wouldnt be doing it unless I had this assurance and have already considered that thankyou!
Reason I want separate veg & flower spaces is so I can have a perpetual harvest every 8 weeks as opposed to every 16 weeks. As for the average yield question I know that nobody can give me an accurate yield projection I'm just looking for a ballpark figure to see how growing this way will compare to the SoG method I had wanted to use, which would have given me 8-12 ounces every 2 weeks. (the Al B. Fuct way)

I understand your enthusiasm Sadista. However, you havent even indicated the plant pot size. Bigger pots allow plants to have bigger roots. And you experience plays a big role in the yield. So, nobody can honestly tell you the average yield for your grow.
