Need some advice newbie grower!

Hey people I want to start growing 6 plants from clones and I am thinking about getting 2 glow panel 45 led set up ( http://shop.sunshine-systems.com/product.sc?productId=10 ) and a grow tent ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00283Q59M/ref=ord_cart_shr?ie=UTF8&m=A325274ZEF9XYZ ) so that I can grow in my closet. My question is will those two lights be enough to get me started Im thinking about growing them to about 18-24 inches then go to flowering stage then. Please help with some great feed back Im only looking to spend about 350 max any added help would be wonderful and also pictures from you led set up.

2X250w led will be fine for your grow.
I briefly tried using led's but found them to be a bit slow.
If your budget is low then cfl looks to be a good idea.
I have a little veg room with a 200w cfl in and the cuttings have come on really well under it.
