If you watered that until runoff, with a seedling that small, then you could go a week without watering it again. You are still over watering, IMO.
Thanks Treefarmer its just felt dry when I put my finger in..on the other hand it did still have a little weight to it....Thanks again

With seedlings, get yourself a spray bottle bud. Spray AROUND the base of her, in a circle. (NOT directly where her stem meets soil., AROUND) You won't be worrying about drowning or underwatering her... And spraying around her will get her roots to grow out, searching for water. Which in turn, makes her strongerrrr. Good luck and Happy Growin'
