Need some flowering lighting tips please

Ok i am a first time grower and my plant is 25in
tall 3ft including the bucket she is in. I think its
time to flower her and was wondering how much
light she needs. Right now she is in a room that
is 6ft by 2ft 6 in by 8 ft. In the same room there is
about 12 babies 3 weeks old. Im using all cfls.
There is two 13 watts one 26 watt cfl that is primsrily
on the babies. On the big plant there is two 42 watt
bulbs on clip on lamps with reflective hoods. I
am fixing to move the big plant into flowering what
i was wondering is will the two 42 watt bulbs be
enough light in a room that is 2ft 6 by 3 ft by 9.

I mean ya gotta do what ya gotta do, but id at least try to get some more lights in, maybe some smaller ones for side lighting.
