Need some help plz

Ok so its prob about 3 weeks old and i need some help i got a few brown spots i want to know where from and the first 2 leaves are dying off is that normal well here is a bunch of pics The one spot where its like a round brown spot might have hit a light i am not sure i move it all the time prob like 5 times a day just to spin it but it wasnt there lastnight and when i woke up and gave it the morning spray it had it on there so it might have just grew and touched the light not sure but if someone knows if it looks like a burn from a light please let me know, and the other like a brown line i have no clue what that could be from, please help.

Hard to tell...looks like it might be hot soil. What kind of soil are you using? Have you been adding nutes?

Yeah i just started adding nutes like 4 days ago i am just using a very little its shultz 10-15-10 it calls for 7 drops to a liter i added 2 drops but the soil had food in it just the top leaves started lookin lite green thats why i added some should i not give it any more nutes for now

Not sure i would use a 10-15-10 for this stage of veg. I think you can get away with just plain water for now and then go to somthing with more Nitrogen in it. I use a 30-10-10 or a 20-20-20 but i wait for awhile to give them anything. Are they in cups? they may need to be transplanted into a bigger pot.

Its in a plant pot 5 inches deep and 5 inches round at the top i think i am just gonna put into a little bit bigger pot and wait like a week or so and switch to flower and hope it does something.I'm just gonna use water for now i flushed the nutes out and its still growing, its bushing out and still growing out on top. its just turning a little lighter green i think i am gonna get some super thrive over the weekend and some diff nutes everything should be straight

Where and what food is 20-20-20 in ? im using one part nutes. loads of the treads ive read say to use a 20-20-20 no matter how hard i look i just cant find anything with those numbers. or has the uk got different fert numbers or something?

I also use Jacks 30-10-10 and 10-30-20 but i have gone entire grows with the 20-20-20...its good stuff.
