Need some help

Hey guys, I'm 7 weeks in my first grow and I noticed my tops are bending because of their weight, i'm going to insert bamboo sticks to support the tops but how do I insert them insuring I won't damage any roots? Should I not go all the way down? A fast response will be appreciated, thanks!

are they in pots if they are duck tape the bamboo sticks on the outside of every corner then you can tie plus make a x like across the top to tie aswell

i put bamboo sticks all the way into soil and noticed no damaged roots after the grow was done. you can get some sort of hook and put it on the ceiling and tie them up thats what im gonna do next time because its less permanent and more reliable
