Need some SERIOUS help with insects

So I made the mistake of using soil from my outside garden to grow indoors. The soil is rich in manure and is very fertile so in that sense it was a good choice. The bad part is that there are numerous species of little bugs hopping around, as well as short/skinny worms that will occasionally surface when I water. What i need to know is how do i kill all of these with one fell swoop? Will a No Pest Strip hanging by my plants do the trick??

Any advice would be much appreciated!!

the worms are more than likely beneficial but any flys/ mites you might wanna get some neem oil and spray yer plants on a 7 day cycle till things quiet down yeah also fly tape/no pest strips will help also
