Need to know how to pull my plants out of an overwatering situation

I think I clearly diagnosed the problem as too much water... I havent watered them in 3 days and still no signs of getting better (not getting worse) There is no root rot so I am not too terribly concerned.

I have heard things about Hyrdogen Peroxide to give the roots some O2, is this true and does it work?

id just let em dry a few extra days then water good and only water when they need it
