Need two Ontario Doctors!!! Help me

I have been searching for years to get what I should rightfully have. I have been suffering with PTSD, GAD, Major Depression and ADHD for my entire life, and the one cure, over all the medications which I have tried, which is solid and true, is marijuana. I can only really take part in a normal lifestyle with the aid of marijuana. With it's aid, I have successfully completed one year of my Honors BA in Law & Society with an 82+ average. If it were not for marijuana, I would not be able to manage my landscaping company and go to school. Can somebody help me find some local/ Southern Ontario doctors?!? My own doctor cannot sign for it, as the institution which gave her her doctor's license will remove it if she were to.
