Neem Seed Meal Effects on Fungi & Microbe Colony

Hey yall! Per the title, how much of an effect will adding neem seed meal as an amendment to my super soil recipe have on fungal, and beneficial bacteria activity? I’ve come across a thread on another forum where Capulator (not sure who that is but seems important) states that neem seed meal inhibits the activity of microbes when incorporated into a soil. For those of you on here who use Neem Seed Meal. Do you see a huge decrease in beneficial bacteria/fungi activity? Should I omit the Neem Meal and go with something else?

Unless you're good with a microscope, you won’t really be able to know for sure. Neem seed meal is in a lot of soil mixes, and many people have had success with using it (I use it in my soil mix too). Did the person specifically mention why/how neem does this, and/or provide any source for this claim?

Sprinkle some moistened neem seed meal on the surface of your soil and let it sit for a couple cool, humid nights and see what happens, you will see the opposite of what Cap claims. It's not unlikely that it could inhibit certain microbes, but I bet you Capulator could not tell you which specific microbes are affected by it and how critical they are to growing cannabis.
