New and Improved TnT Foodie thread

Ever notice, you're watching something on the tube. Family, couple of teenagers, some smaller kids sitting around the breakfast kitchen table. Now taking out the soy milk/lactose intolerant stuff, there's a quart size container of milk on the table and the Mom complains they've run out of milk. What family this size doesn't buy their milk by the gallon and have at least a gal or 2 in the fridge as backup? I mean one breakfast you'd probably run thru almost a gallon at a time, amiright? ;)
It never goes sour in our house , put it that way

I'd eat that weiner
Learned she had intentions of making burnt ends from the left over weiners, as if one wasn't plenty for one year! So to the garden I head to make a side dish (below) to fill the gap. Plus the neighbour brought over a smoked (mesquite) porkchop and walleye. And there are 4 chicken wings left over from late lunch. So there'll be more burnt ends for sharing with others. ;)

Golden Jubilee and Roma tomatoes, garlic, onions, green pepper, and potatoes. Simmered for 20 minutes. Love the induction cook top at camp for outdoor cooking.
