New beginners advice on LED lighting plus

I posted this first on a existing thread without any replies so I thought I would start a new one.
So, I’m a dummy on LED lights but need to use them because of power supply in the bedroom I chose for my tent. I bought a 2’ x 2’ tent setup. I’m only growing autos in it. There’s enough room for 3 plants. They vegged our perfectly but flowering wasn’t happening like it should so I started looking at the light that came with the setup (300 watt) and discovered that it was for seedlings & veg ONLY! I ordered this light to start over. I know I’m not going to win any “big bud” awards but surely I can get good enough bud for my personal use. Did I fuck up again with this new light? Opinions please.
Other advice will be asked here also.

I got 2 50w cxb3590s built with a frame and everything for $250 from timber. It's a beautiful top quality build from them. But yea I gotcha on the budget part lol I f'd myself on my first light haha I got an advanced platinum p300 for $405 :wall:
It's great for veg tho lol

I know there’s options out there for different lights but, like I said, limited electric. I have one outlet to run everything off of. That includes a ceramic heater for the room because of cold weather. Y’all keep saying good for veg. Surely, this light will go all the way. Maybe the yield will suffer but still produce the final stage? I know some experts go all the way with expensive LED’s and have big yields. I’m not looking to win any prizes on buds. It does have the flowering stage lights.
PS: I had plants starting to flower with the light that was for veg only.

Did you not get the bud stage with that LED? Nothing?

lol old house. I don’t care if it’s light and airy buds. That’s why I’m going with auto flower. Short and fast. My veg light put out enough heat that I didn’t need a heater and I’m sure this new one will also.

I used a 300w--total output 114w and I got 113g dried weight from 1 plant. Auto pounder strain.
That's basically a gram per watt.
My light cost me £70.
Don't listen to these punks about LEDs, it just goes to show they haven't used them and there guessing.
A lot of people on here don't understand the meaning off budget.

I can live with 1 gram per watt! I’m going to use organic soil this next time. When i feed my cows hay in the winter there’s alway big spots that’s nothing but dirt, left over hay, and cow manure that composts into rich soil over the summer. I collected a big pile of it. I’m going to mix that at 70% soil and 30% perlite. I’m thinking I might not even have to use any type of fertilizer/food for most of the grow. It’s already nitrogen rich with the manure. The only thing I might have to worry about is maybe fly eggs but those type flies are small and not veg. eaters. I’ll prepare for those with sticky traps. Do you know if I should use any type of non-nitrogen food before flower? I’m sure it’s full of good micro organisms so I think using molasses in watering/food would be a good idea to feed those. If it goes good I might just start bagging that soil up to sell :bigjoint:
It should be super soil. Here’s a picture of my first plants that grew under the veg only light I had to start with. They even started stretching and pre flowering. I’m hoping this new light will finish them off. I started with 3 plants but one grew balls and I snatched it up. Still 2 are female.
PS: Should I use the light in different modes or keep it on veg and flower start to finish???

Plants will flower even with "veg spectrum" its just the fact there isn't enough light that screws up flowering stage.
Your light will flower fine. Problem with cheaper LEDs is they come with tags like "450w grow light" so people think they can light up a bigger area, not realising the light is really only 200w.
You might not pull the densest buds but you will be fine.

For what its worth, which isn't much since you have already spent your money, you could of bought this

Also, I knew it was only a true 200 or 250 watt but it should cover 4 square feet.

Yes pal ur right and they do the job.
Like I said my

I use both these lights now and results are looking nice. Around 220g dried I'd say.
But if you look the ratio isn't as good in comparison, but even if I had a 1000w led or even hid, there's no saying I would get a thousand gram.
