new bulbs arrived-first grow

lst so you can get best coverage with these otherwise only leaves able to get light will very top.
cfl dont penetrate very well.

I'm in favor of using multiple 23-25watt bulbs over one or two larger wattage bulbs. More coverage. One bulb facing your plant is good, two smaller bulbs, one on each side is much better. If you say- well the smaller ones are not as bright...The relative brightness depends on distance, so instead of one bulb, use two bulbs but put them a little closer. Done. More bulbs, not brighter bulbs is the way to go with CFLs. Plus you don't need 115 watts for a seedling. You should have and use some smaller wattage bulbs if you have any desire for efficiency.

Yes they will . keep 2 inches from top of plant, next time purchase 400 or 600 watt cfl's., they do make them. Lifetime of a "
auto" is 9-11 weeks

why would you buy a 600w cfl? that seems like a complete waste of money. if you are going to run 600w you may as well buy an HID light.

My god!!!!! A 600w cfl????? Who the hell makes that??? Largest ive seen are 250w but they dont use a standard socket... I use 2 125w dual spectrums with 4 23 watters .... Between my veg cab and my flower cab i use about 500w total, my god find a link for those please i gotta see those, attached a photo of mine in hdr on my phone hope u dont mind if u look closely u can see the plant under it but the angle and hdr just doesnt do them justice as far as light output, its bright in there.
