New clone, new leaves are curling inwards, and leaves have weird texture

Bought this Girl Scout Cookie clone a few days ago. The new leaves are curling/cuping inwards, and they are oddly textured leaves and have the tips of the new leaves are browning at the tips.

I gave them 1/2 strength nutes (following Lucas formula).

I am flooding 24 times a day, for 15mins each.

PH: 5.8
PPM: 312
Tent temp: 79-83F
Humidity: ~20%

I am new to growing with clones and new to growing in my new system which is a ebb and flow table.

What I am thinking is it full strength nutes, but I don't want to stress out the plant any more, anyone got ideas?

Looks like heat damage. Especially w/20% RH

That new growth when it is first opening is a lot more sensitive and tender than older leaves.

The plant I have no idea how old it is, I got it 4 days ago.

I am vegging with my old system. Its two 42watt CFL lights (I flowered from seed with those lights my last grow)

This is what I looks like.

I guess this strain is a lot more heat sensitive then my last plant.

I opened up my tent, to push the temps down.

Should I raise the humidity in the room, when I bought them they were in humidity domes, so big change from their home to my home.

But this is going to be to a temp fix, cause I am going more serious with this grow, so I am right now looking for a grow tent to buy.
