New grow box small single plant?

Ok so i made my own grow box for 1, or 2 plants im testing it with one right now its 2x2x1.1/2 (lxwxd)
i have 3 23w cfls 1 on top and 2 on the sides i have one fan 2x2 no light coming in or out. Tempatures are
between 70-80f is that too hot? I feed my plant
tiger bloom 2-8-4

i have a plant that my friend just gaveme dont know what strain it is i believe its a little over 2weeks old i dont want this plant bigger than 1ft tall so i did just start 12/12 yesturday its about 4inches tall..

Now my questions are:
How can i keep it small?
Can i feed tiger bloom with out mixing it with water like just a couple drops?
Is it healthy?
Are the lights i have good enough or the grow box? (i am on a budget)
why are my leafs droopy and swollen?
How much weed will it give me?
How long would it take untill i can harvest?

P.s i did rescue this plant from my friend so i dont want to see it die? Please help also i want to try out my new grow box :)

You need more then just tiger bloom for nutes. NPK is important but ur plants need micronutes too. the basic FF nute system involves all 3 (Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom, and Grow Big). The grow big is really only needed for veg though. What soil are your plants in? 70-80 is fine for temps, but keep it closer to 70. 80 is a bit hot. You want it below 78 if you can but 80 isnt bad. If your trying to keep the plant vertically small check out LST technique. That'll give you the most yield and grow the plant more horizontally. There is tons of stuff on here about LST and scrog grows so check those out. Now your questions:

How can i keep it small? LST techniques to grow horizontally instead of vertically.

Can i feed tiger bloom with out mixing it with water like just a couple drops? FUCK NO!! you will shock the plant and burn the roots. so FUCK NO!

Is it healthy? Plant looks healthy, a little bit of heat stress on the leaves, try to bring the temp down a few degrees if you can.

Are the lights i have good enough or the grow box? (i am on a budget) The more light the better but those should be alright if you have a decent spectrum on them.

How much weed will it give me? Tough to say, it varies based on veg time, plant genetics, etc . . . since your trying to keep it small dont expect a ton, but a good general rule is about .5gms per watt of light, however based on your situation and set up id expect less then that.

How long would it take untill i can harvest? All strains have different times but generally flower time is between 8-12 weeks.

Thanks you answered all the points :)

Now for the big bloom and tiger bloom do I mix them both in 1g or I put each on seprate gallons?

Soil idk this guy is dumb he mixed sand and soil don't know what kind was planning on switching it but its to late the I don't want to mess with the roots.
And ill check out those lst sights.
I appreciate your answers you've been a lot of help bro.

hey man this isnt (lst) right i want mine to look like that but this guy said he did 12/12 from seed?

yea that plant looks pretty decent along. Just grow it the way you got it, if height is an issue from the stage its in I dont see it getting too much taller, its probably at least half way done stretching. LST involves tying the sides down to expose more of the underbranches to the light.

Hey if I add tiger bloom with out bug bloom does it even do anything??
Or can I add tiger bloom and miracle grow super bloom
