I just started a couple of bag seeds and they are starting to sprout I have one of those boxes you buy online that look like a big safe or file cabinet. I have a 400 w dual light ballast I am going to do a hydro drip system that I made my self the only thing is that the box is short about 4.5 feet tall and I have a 1 ft tall box that holds my plants and water nutrient solution with the water pump and air pump in it. Should I use a sea of green type thing and put chicken wire or something above the plants to spread them out. DO I need to soak the hydro balls in water before using them also. I was going to start them in the next couple of days.
