New Grow Room.

Well i decided to take my grow to the next level.I was using two 4x4x7 tents for my first garden..one for veg and one for flower..figured tents was the way to go.being new at this i quickly found out i did not have enough room in the tents( i was trying and did stuff 8 plants in there under a 1000w) in soil so watering the back ones was a bitch...needless to say i had to have 2 of everything for each tent.no designated light controller or dehumidifyer..(i had to run extension cords from each section of the house as to not blow the breakers) when i added an 1200 watt portable ac that just added to the extension madness) after harvest..i did ok for my first time with a greenhouse seed cheese strain..i decided to overhaul the whole room.why not use all of my space i have?..so i emptied out everything and polyed the whole room..which is about 13x14..traded my magnetic ballasts in for digital and bought more equiptment as follows-
2-lumatek 120/240 dimmable 1000w ballasts
1-vortex 6 inch fan
1 c.a.p. greenhouse controller
1-c.a.p. mlc-4xt lighting controller
1-under current 8xl dwc system from cch2o.com
1-hanna ph/ec/temp monitor
1-50 pint dehumidifyer
1-can filter 30
1-fire extinguisher
1-smoke/fire detector
1-hydrologic smallboy water filter
2-xxxl 6 inch air-cooled hoods
2-digilux 1000w HPS bulbs
2 digilux 6002 MH bulbs
1-1/14 hp water chiller

Still contemplating-

Cap fuzzy logic co2 controller
(with co2 bottle and regulator)
1 more vortex 6 inch
ph auto dosing system from AMHYDRO.COM

any thing i missed suggestion..will post pics soon

thinking of maybe getting rid of the c.a.p. greenhouse controller for a titan kronus 4....they just seem to be built better idk about you guys but the cap products seem to be built a little cheaper...and the titan controls have a longer detachable sensor to get right above my canopy..as compared to the cap controllers 3 foot piece of wire.(anyone interested in taking this off of my hands? lol)

Another product from cap i had a small problem with is my lighting controller(this is why its not wired and next the the rest of my equiptment) is the mlc-4xt 120/240 4 light controller...after having my electrician come and take a look at what was needed to install this thing he was kind of interested in how it was wired internally.(its rated for 30amps 15 amps on each side)
he said i would need to be running 10-2 guage wire from my box on a 30 amp breaker which all seemed fine to me.and he pointed out to me the the internal wires for the controller were not rated for 30 amps but for 15..which also made sense because i would only be using one socket on each side so i still didnt see the problem.then he explained to me that its not individually seperated from the main power supply and said that the wires could catch fire before my 30 amp breaker flipped.(basicly the wires couldnt even handle a 30 amp load) so he is re-wiring it with some heavy duty stuff and i should have a beefed up mlc when it gets back from his shop

Wow. Looks great, I am impressed. Can I ask what is that thing on the wall with the two tubes hanging down?
It's the Hydrologic smallboy with the sediment and dechlorinator filter.

Lookin' good nemorouno!!!

How many gallons is that 1/14 hp chiller rated for?
The reason I ask is I built a DIY 8 site UC system with 70-80 gallons in the system, I wanted a chiller that would give me the max temperature range
so I had to get a 1/4hp chiller, It's capable of chilling: 170 gal - 10° F/100 gal - 30° F. I also had to buy a 750gph mag drive pump to keep up with the minimum requirements of the chiller.

Edit:I didn't see anything in your OP about a Reservoir.... Are you going to be using a Rez tank to mix nutes and top off your epicenter/system or are you just doing water straight into the system from the small boy?.... It would be beneficial to have a rez, when you drain your nutes it's good to flush with a full system of fresh water and hydrozyme for 2 hours, in the mean time you can fill the rez again ph it add your nutes and let it sit for a bit, drain your system of the flush water and add the fresh nutes from the rez.

@ Undercurrent correction i have a 1/13hp chiller idk what the specs are on it because i got it off a friend used.It would probably be wise of me to look it up though. My 8xl system holds 75 gallons give or take..but i plan on doing the liter fill..filling up a bucket marked at 20 liters and get the exact liter count(for nutes sake)..i did plan on buying a 30 gallon water drum and do exactly what you said..it seems to be a pretty easy way of topping off as compared to just hooking it to th smallboy which would be diluting my solution..thanks for checking out my thread..(checking on the rating of my chiller)..oh i have a danner 500gph pump it seems a bit small but pumps enough where i think it should make it through the chiller no prob.**hopefully**

http://youtu.be/dPPbyl5-l-g........so the 1/13 probably isnt going to work out for me..good look undercurrent....it says it good for up to 60 gallons.@60 gallons it can lower the temp by 10 degrees..@ 30gallons 20 degrees and so on...not to mention it has a specific recomended pump range to work effectivly..my 500gph is way out of that range as it call for between 100-260gph...damn....

what do you do with your plants/netpots while you are draining/flushing the system??
