Welcome to the forum. Wow, you have done some research. Unfortunately we will have trouble answering this question with out some more information, like how many pots, or plants or.....what spectrum of bulbs etc. So far it sounds like you would be better off getting one good light that can be used for seedlings, vegging plants and flowering plants while you do some more research. I share some information about lights in my Grow room design journal.
SeeMoreBuds shares how to use 8-42 watt clfs to get a half pound from three female plants. I really can't think of anyone recommending 6-4' t-12 floros to flower any plants, the do a dandy good for clones the first few weeks and that is about it. VV
