New grow start up for 12x12 room

I have access to two 12x12x8 rooms that I can use for growing. I'm thinking of doing hydro with 4 1000 watt lights. I was told that I should use a server room air conditioner to cool The room. How many plants should I fit in the area? Can anyone list the equipment that I would need to purchase? I'm such a newbie.

in a 12 x 12 you can get 4-6 1000s. I like to do 2-4 plants a light in a 5 x 5 square. Co2 tank, regulator and monitor. 8 inch fan should do fine or a 10". can 66 or 75 or 100 whichever you can afford bigger = better. use one room as a veg and one as a flower. 600s in veg room 1000s in flower room.
