Learning alot on these threads. Bout 3 weeks in. I have babies and some teenagers vegging in a 6*6*6 with soil. Sour D, Skywalker, Caramelicious, and AK47. Got C02 and good airflow, soon I'll be receiving my 3*3*3 and I'll move some clones in there and start flower in my 6*. I have 430 watts right now, going to convert to 600 soon in flower tent and moving my 430 in 3* veg tent when it arrives. A light rail and another 600 is on the way to be put in flower room. All power usage is monitored by a P3 Killo
Watt and all power is on Ulatra 2000UPS with computer control/text/email notfication. I'm looking forward to sharing and learning from the group. I'll post pics soon when Journal starts where I'll provide timing, nuts, ect...

camera1.png Just a quick peek inside the tent. Got a teen there planted at 45 degrees. Getting ready to spin round the bucket. You can see my temp, co2 and humidity there in the cage. That 4" er is blow cold air in. I'm not blowing any exhaust except when light go off 6 hours a day. Lights/exhaust on same Zilla timer, makes it ez :)

I have a UPS here as well.. Did you know that you can use a larger deep cycle battery for extended time?

Yeah.. I was reading about that. my UPS battery has ceased to hold a charge so I will be buying a big marine deep cycle battery to replace it.. Why not? I'll get hours instead of minutes out of a large battery or two.

Thanks for the tip Ernst, let me know how it works. For further security I'd like to take all the power I'm using for this grow (600*600*430 at peak) off the grid. A do it yourself kind a thing. Basically, solar cells/car battaries. I'm putting together the plans for that, don't know yet if it's going to be cost effective though. Have you seen anyone do that?
