New grower looking for help

Hi folks,

New to the forum, me and my missus are looking to grow a plant together (how lovely eh). But we have no idea where to start, ive read the tutorials etc, and im pretty confident about setting something simple up that we could make an attempt at one plant. However, the question we keeps asking ourselves is.....where do we get seeds? I only smoke this casually (hence why we are doing one plant to see how it goes), the person i acquire it from doesnt even know where to get seeds, i dont want to ask too many people as its just suspect.

So, are the internet shops that sell seeds legit? Is it safe?


I was looking at cannabis-seeds. Where can i actually get seeds? I am lead to believe acquiring seeds is not illegal?

Hi Gambit, dinafem seeds I use but to be honest any seed company will do, I am pretty sure that the seed companies offer a stealth package, ie a wallet, which the seeds will arrive in, just google where you live and see if its legal, in the UK it is, obviously cultivation in the UK isn't, hence the stealth. if its an indoor grow go for an indica, as they are shorter plants, you could maybe do a micro grow in a pc box or cabinet, its fun to do and ppl who visit you don't have a clue, it gives you a bit of a buzz, obviously the yield wont be anything like growing in a larger space. I say go for it but if its stealth that is a must do not tell anyone, its the number 1 rule. the guys and gals on riu will help with all your questions and offer sound advice. good luck to you both and happy growing

I agree with above, NEVER TELL ANYONE, NO ONE this is what gets you ripped off or hasseled ( cops ) If I was you I would go with 2 maybe 3 for starts, only because if for some reason your 1 and only bacomes a male your left with a male

Go to Attitude Seed for your beans. They are right there in the UK. I'm in the US and have bought from them for 7 years. BigSteve.
