New Grower, Need Information

I've done a bit of research, still doing more. So far I think I'm going to start my first grow with bubbleponics using stealthhydro's bubbleponics pro expandable kit. I'm also thinking about using PHILIPS MasterColor 400W ED18 shape E39 Mogul base HPS Retro White Light Bulb for veg and Philips MASTER GreenPower T EL 600W 400V Electronic Bulb for flowering. Grow tents seem interesting and I'll most likely use one as well. Does anyone have previous experience with stealthhydro's bubbleponic system that would agree with my choice? or is there a better system I can choose? Are the two Philips bulbs good or should I go with a different brand? What kind of ballast should I use for those bulbs? Any equipment recommendations and knowledge/experience is appreciated. Trying to start my first grow off right, have a spending limit up to $3,500.

think your making it more complicated than it has to be
get a 600w lumatek adjustable ballast a horti eye bulb turn it down to 400w in veg, or even the 1000w adjustable
a dr120 grow tent
ebb and flow should be easier to use or maybe just coco can have massive yields its still hydro
theses are the best money can buy imo
you will need good ec and ph testers try blue lab and hanna
5" rvk with a nice cf filter (rhino) will see you right

First off, if you're a new grower, I wouldn't go the hydro route. Only because with hydroponics, one slip up could cost you everything. Soil, or potting mixes, will act as a buffer. If something goes wrong in those mediums, you can quickly leech or use other corrective measures.
Secondly, if you want good lights, look at Ebay or Amazon. Look up grow light kits. Example: in the search bar, type 600 watt hps grow light. You will see so many lights and ballasts and shades galore. If you have a budget up to 3500, you can do a lot. If you want a grow tent (very convenient imo), look for 2. One for vegging and mothers/clones, and one for flowering. Both obviously running different lights. And depending on your size of tent, depends on your light. Say for instance you use a tent that's 2x4x5. You want at least a 400 watt light (50 watts/sqft). Tents have your exhaust vent flaps, they are constructed out of solid material, easy to put together, and easy to put in different places.
Third of all, with the whole HID light and tent setup, you'll want to look into a good inline fan. I can't tell you what CFM rating you will need, as it all depends on varying factors.
And in all honesty, imo, if you're a noob, don't go all Gung-Ho and spend shitloads of money on your first grow. Too many things can go wrong as a result of honest inexperience and you could lose out on a lot. If you've got any horticulture experience, you won't have too much problems. But if you have none, be prepared.
Just keep it simple though. First decide how much space you can use. If you don't have a lot, go with a couple small tents, or even build yourself a grow cab. If you have plenty of space, do it to it. But keep it simple. Determine if you want a perpetual harvest or not, because that will be a space factor. If not, then do it all in one space. The biggest things to remember are: Light, air circulation, nutrients, grow medium. It's still a weed, so it can grow in not-so-ideal conditions (though why subject it to such if you can help it). But I would start there personally. Hope this helps. It's hard for me to stay on subject when I'm ripped out of my gourd. Lol.

i agree with this poster.. never heard of those lights you posted, but i have heard of the ones this poster mentioned, and they're very good imvho..
as to the question about those bubble systems, yes, i've seen plenty of grows on here from them... look up an old user on here called roseman.. i think most of his posts are still here.. he was the bubble master in these here parts and should have plenty of info on that system you're looking at atm on here...
you could probably build one cheaper, but if you're just looking for an out of box product, you could surely do worse then the one you're talking about..
