New grower needs help regarding ledmlights

Hi all, sorry for the probably stupid questions, but after alot of googling, I am still pretty confused ...

I have a 40x40x80cm tent (mammoth lite micro), trying to raise a single plant.

Which currently has this lamp in it :
I am assuming this is not (even close) to enough?

I then ordered this:

But I now realize my tent is too small for this, height wise, and it will just burn my plants? (This lamp seems to need 50cm of room, which mi micro tent of course does not have)

Could anyone please shed some light on this, I'm looking for the best / cheapest option, to power this tent. Do I just get a second full spectrum led the same as I have or Should I add some period specific light to this one or replace it all together or leave as it is ? I really don't know what to do when I comes to led stuff and the more I try to gather info, the more confused I get .any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Thx

Have a pic of your set up so far? I def have a few ideals for lights that could cover that spacr, and a plant no,problem. But seeing your space situation will help me

Ooo crap old man. Ive never yried such a small, space. I run out of room in a 2x3x5 foot space when I try to keep them short
Yep. I'm kind of bummed that I did not get the 40x40x120 instead

But anyhow, what are my lighting options, I'm sure I don't need much, but I'm guessing I need more than what I have rn

Look at hlg. There is a quantum board that is made to light a space approx that size. Plus it will mount with little headspace need3d.

Got any links but chance ? Also, I figured led because of the electricity bill and the heat ? But not sure if the diff is worth it in a space that small ?

Sorry for more stupid questions, but they have 2 different kinds, would I need both and switch them between veg and flower ? Can I make do with 1
(Also they're pretty pricey for me personally rn, broken back and medical bills etc)

I'm looking for the cheapest acceptable option, not top of the line, but not crap that makes me regret buying either.

Also, another question, I regularly see statements of around 250-300 watt needed for this single plant, but when using led, do I look at the advertised 'watt' or the actual watt draw from the wall,. Eg, the lamp that I currently have, do I consider it 100watt (one third of my needs) or do I consider it 20 watts (barely any% of my total need)
The current one says: 100 wat light producer , but 20 Watt from wall
Opbrengst:100W
LED Type:120 x SMD3030
Stroomverbruik:20 Watt

There are other similar boards that are knockoffs. They can be found with search on google. I don't have any personal experience with them but if i had a micro grow the same size as you, I would most likely purchase the 100v2 most likely in the 4k version.

For what its worth, you know, opinions

So with the 4k spectrum alone, the plant should be able to fully mature properly, no 'full spectrum's needed?

Ggrr i was really hoping to spend less on the lighting that those hlg boards, but I know it's one or the other I guess, can't have it all, but those hlg are pretty much top of the line no? Any cheaper alternatives anyone could recommend ? I wouldn't mind upgrading in a few months, bit for now I really need something more affordable, yet still good enough to not just be a waste of the plants.

The one I got from Amazon, is definitely too much right ? Or is there any chance I could make that one work, since it's probably also a knockoff not outputting what it advertises.

Or should I just keep that light and buy a taller tent ? Would that be a more affordable option maybe?

Also, big thx for your time so far !
