New grower

So I have two plants of Kush growing. One of them we topped off. Since doing so it has sprouted white hairs and the other plant has not. Did we mess this plant up? Why are there already white hairs. The plants are about to be 6 weeks old.
we have topped one other plant but it was chemdawg so idk if I can compare the two. Just look for a little advice. Thanks.

I don't see an issue........a pic under natural light would be better.

Both pics appear to be flowering so they are either autos or your lights are on 12/12
