new growth pale color

growing in soil under 600w combination MH. new growth on plant is pale yellow, veins of leaves are still dark green. ph is in correct range. feeding 5-1-1 fish emulsioon, fossil fuel, bcuzz root, and superthrive weekly, as well as bcuzz foliar, bcuzz foliar boost and fossil fuel as a foliar spray weekly(root and foliar feeding done at opposite ends of the week). what might be causing the deficiency I am suffering. if more information is needed please specify.

sorry forgot to mention vegging on a 24/0 schedule. cloned plants aprox 2 months rooted

I am pretty sure you have sulfur deficiency. It looks real simlilar to nitrogen def.`Yound leaves turn limegreen to yellow, while veins remain green. Leaf stems turn purple? Check your ph and see if it is too high that could be the problem if you have to much calcium. Try and lower ph to 6
