New Indoor Grower from Paraguay South America, HELP please!!!!

Hi everyone whatsapp! Im writing you from Paraguay, South America! Recently I was looking your post of your first grow by 1k watt light, and the crop looks really great, you got nice buds there CONGRATULATIONS!


Here in my country we practically dont have grow shops, no organic nutrients sellers, no growing lights, so its to difficult for us (pot smokers) to grow good indoor weed. But right now we say STOP buying terrible weed and start an indoor, and after looking your post I thought that you can help me, guide me and also give me some growing tips! We are looking to start with a 5 x 5 x 7 grow tent and we want to buy the following items to equip the tent and start growing asap, I want to know what do you think about these items to start my grow tent, you think its ok or you think that Im missing something else. Also want to know if you can explain me how to setup the ventilation system, where star the aluminium foil? It goes throught the air cooled hood? And after the hood, I have to put another aluminium duct, and where I have to put the exhaust fan?

Hola Amigo,

Ventilation.
The carbon filter is first, hung high in a back corner of the area.
From the filter ducting goes to the side of your cool tube reflector.
From the other side of your reflector ducting goes to the actual in line fan.

The reflector will look a little like an Alien Viking - with weird horns emerging from either side of it.

Try to get it all correct and working BEFORE the plants and oscillating fans and hydro systems and air pumps...... are actually turned on.
It's much more difficult to work around a load of plants.

first off the light you are looking at is not air cooled. for that price you can go here and get the same 1000watt but its air cooled so much better. http://www.htgsupply.com/Product-HTGSupply-1000w-Switchable-Grow-Light and upgraded it with air cooled hood. then go to youtube ans see how its all hooked up. hope this helped.

Can I also suggest that, instead of Mylar sheeting, you just buy a tent?

The price of Mylar is more (per square metre) than a decent priced tent.

Strange but true....
It works out cheaper to dismantle a tent and hang it on the grow room walls than it does to simply buy and hang mylar.

I bought my 1.2 x 1.2 x 2.0m tent NEW for £50 ($75) and my 2.4 x 1.2 x 2.o tent (used) for £40 ($60)
That's a 4 x 4 x 6ft and a 8 x 4 x 6ft - for those of us who still use imperial measurements.

Hey man, I am also in South American growing indoor and outdoor cannabis.I know what you mean about it being hard to get the necessary equipment in most of South America. Sorry I just realized that I miss read your post and that you are in Paraguay not Uruguay. I spent half a year in Paraguay and I know what you mean about the bad quality of cannabis there.....I wish you much luck with your grow vulu, show them what proper cannabis is like!
