new lights!!!!

hey guys n gals,

would one 15w blue and red l.e.d. plus four 40w cfl bulbs be enough to grow 2 average sized plants? would it produce high quality buds? (my ballast for my 400w hps just started smoking recently so i'm definitely not using that anymore) how would the buds compare to buds that were grown with a 400w hps?

should try to have at least 100 watts per plant ,

nothing close to what the 400 did
