New strains, looking for info

just planted some seeds and just wondering about growing patterns and finished product

well, hope everything goes well for you, the pineapple chunk i've grown were lousy, tangerine dream has a killer phenotype but most of it is garbage, lsd has some good phenotypes keyword- some. blue berry from DP should be good, soma NYC diesel is very nice sativa dominant strain with grapefruity diesel smell to it, it takes around 11 weeks to flower and would be best grown with some training(fim or topping to form multiple colas) as it can get pretty tall fast. , the somango is obviously a mango smelling strain, not much i know about that one. beware of hermaphrodites from both these breeders, i've only grown soma's nycd and Citralah and they both had plants shoot bananas on me, his feminised seeds are crap unstable imo compared to other breeders who do it right(unless he's fixed his process since 2010).

I grew pineapple chunk and it was challenging because the strain was quite finicky. However, you get past the possibly hurdles and you will be rewarded with great yield and awesome smoke. Never tried to grow Tangerine Dream but was reading too many issues if you got a certain phenotype. Never grew Barney's LSD but have grown mazar x skunk many times before from mothers we had the sativa phenotype and it was stoney and yielded alot. I have grown NYCD but could not tell you if it was Soma's version. Have not grown somango. Back to the Pineapple Chunk...It loves nitrogen and if you do not provide it enough in vegetation it will let you know where the meristem will start to get red in color followed by the nitrogen deficiency. I corrected it easy with foliar feeding. I got two disntinct phenotypes..one tall stretch slow flowering phenotype and one short squat flowering phenotype. Some plants I did sog, some I topped, some I LST'd. The most productive was a combination of lst and topping to manage its vertical growth. The sativa doms stretched 3 times its original size after photoperiod switch. The indica dom stretch was about 1.5 times. In flower both phenotypes reaked of rotten fruit but the aroma was intoxicating in a good manner could not even smell the other plants in flower. The finished product was amazing in looks, smell, taste, and potency. Your mouth gets inundated with fruity tangy sensations that intensifies with every toke. You take a midcranial blow that circles around your head and if you smoke too much it can couchlock you and make you pass out. I cannot find the lst topped plant. Heres a picture of PC sog style.

thanks alot for the info @calicat...... already feeding it with nitrogen, and noticed two different plants growing , just wondering what type of light used to grow the pineapple? both types of plants grow the same bud?
i am thinking of using my pineapple chunks as mothers because they are so healthy , ever used them for cloning?
