New to growing need some help with lights

Well i would like to grow 3 big bang strains indoors and keep 2 for ourdoor use.

i was looking at getting a single 125w CFL Lamp with a high reflecter

Both the Red and Blue 125w come with it but only one can be used at any given time.

So my question is. will the single blue and single red be ok for the veg and bloom stages ? for all 3 plants or do i need a more or do i need

125w for veg
or
250w for veg

and

125w for bloom
or
250w for bloom.


Please keep your anwer as newbie frendly as possable without saying i need a million and one things.

also i will be using the hetsi grow chart for soil and there products.

so once again please could you post just what i will need and of how meany i will need for these plants to start looking and smelling like the big bang i wanna smoke.

One for veg, might be ok.
Depends on how long you want to veg.
Flowering, i don't think one would grow
3 plants. You could try lst, but if you're new,
it's a bit more advanced, but really simple once you do it once.
If by 250w you mean hps, that would work for 3 plants.

Nope dont mean hps not even sure what that means, i would like to veg for around 2 months then start the bloom. how meany blue 120w cfl's would i need to bloom 3 plants ?? also how meany would you say to veg 3 plants ?
