Hey guys I'm about to grow various plants indoors, saffron, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and various peppers and I wanna know how many watts I should aim for? Ill be using cfls..hps is growing my weed lol

You can get away with 13w per square foot if you wanted but 20w range per square foot is good range. I do around 20w per square foot with no problems.

Your welcome. Also when your starting to use the same amount of watts per square foot for growing as a MH or HPS lamp your better off to get one instead since its less lights needed to deal with.
