New to the scene

Greetings from Houston Texas ok let me begin my long story that got me here first i smoke pretty much everyday reggie(regular here in Texas) so as i break the weed down i throw the seeds outside my door.... so ... plant begin to grow i didn't try to grow them they just sprang up so im trying to figure out wht to do. I'm completely lost as to dry and the correct steps to take care of my plants will post pics later.
