Newbie Grow w/ Pics - Hydro Yield Problem

Hey. First time threader and cultivator, long time .

I'm disappointed with the bud production to date. Any input on low cost alterations, possible issues, or plant conditions is much appreciated. I know its a cheap system but anything I can afford to do I would like to.

Day 32 flowering 250W HPS 4 plant closet grow. Poor student so it's a low cost easy set-up. Here's what I can tell you about the spec's on the system:

Seeds: Unknown. Clones taken from another plant- all same mother plant. Could be BC Seeds Super Silver Haze or bag seed or a random Mexican seed.
Hydro System: 48L (~13US gal). DWC w/ sprayers (poor mans aquaponics)
Light: 250W HPS (flower 12/12), 2x32W cool/warm flourescent (veg. 20/4)
Reflector: Metal spaghetti strainer (lol). So light is vertical down.
Ventilation: Tower fan, 10" circ. fan.
Aeration: 6 airstones, 3 fish tank air pumps (Marina 200).
Medium: Clay pebbles
Pots: Hand drilled 6" pots with 100+ 1/8" holes each.
Nutrients: Holland Secret Micro (5-0-2), Grow (2-1-7), Bloom (0-6-4).
PH Down: Grotek PH Down
Water PH: 5.5-5.7 through veg-flower
PPM: N/A
Oxidizer: H202 29%. 1ml/4L every water fill.
Water Temp: Veg 21-23C (70-73F). Flower 25-27C (77-81F)
Temperature: 23C-28C (73-83F)
Humidity: Veg 50-65%. Flower 30-36%
Root Condition: Nice and white. Smell good. No signs of gnats/mold/dieing
Alterations to Plants: Supercropped/Topped/Stress Bent up to flowering
Plant Water Consumption:~3L/plant/week

Get better genetics

iis your light. you need to get more light in there and you will get more light out of the hps in a horizontal hang. if you want to add a few cfl's in there to get some more light, your like a fish in a fish bowl you will only get as big as the tank, so get more light and you will get more bud.. also they tend to get bigger and thicker the last 2-3 weeks in flower so relax, they will fill in

Yeah figured so. I'll order some new seeds.

Any changes I could make right now to increase the yield and quality?

I'm shooting for another 2.5 weeks of flowering. 1.5weeks with the Heavies Late Bloom Enhancer - 0-40-23. And 1 week flush with an additional 3 days in darkness flushing.

Thanks Bass. Good to know they will hopefully fill out more. I just thinned the plants out a little to let some light in. Also got rid of the "popcorns". Due to heat at the moment I can't run my 400W I have, even though I know that will make a world of difference. I will hang some CFL's below the canopy though. That should help things.
